I have been working with a population of terminally ill as well as newly diagnosed cases of HIV infection. I could realize the living conditions of the people which has contributed to their condition. Its not only the mode of transmission that is important, but the background of the people,their literacy, socioeconomic status, living community, social support status are all important determinants!
